The Master of Science in Global Leadership (MSGL) program seeks to educate students on the unique nature of doing business in the global market, and to inspire them to become successful business leaders and outstanding international citizens. The MSGL program strives to prepare students for positions of leadership and influence in an increasingly interdependent world by emphasizing the principles of ethical leadership, best business practices, and respect for cultural, political, and economic differences.

The MSGL program uses a blended learning model that combines traditional classroom instruction with on-line learning to provide a cutting edge global business leadership degree. This blended learning model allows participants the opportunity to work toward their degrees without interruption to their full-time career responsibilities.

The MSGL program offers an alternative to the traditional MBA.  While this program may not be for everyone, it certainly is a great fit for those who are looking for a flexible, focused, and convenient master’s degree.
